Standing Dumbbell Peck Fly: Stand shoulders width apart with your feet parallel and facing forward. Keep your back straight and a slight bend in the knees. Raise your arms shoulders height and bend your elbows about 90 degrees so that your palms line up at ear level facing forward. Squeeze inward at the elbow and wrist keeping the form through out the full motion until the arms come together. The palms should be facing towards your body now because of the rotation of the movement. Return to the start position by reversing the motion.
